– The MXS 5.0 is a charger that offers the latest technology that until now was only available in CTEK’s professional product line.
– The charger can solve a wide range of battery problems and is the ideal charger for people with high demands.
– The MXS 5.0 offers features such as battery diagnostics that show whether the battery can receive and maintain a charge, a special function that will restore a deeply stratified discharged battery and unique maintenance charging.
– It is also suitable for charging that require AGM batteries (e.g. Optima) , provides a way for optimised charging during cold winter days and also has a power supply program that allows the battery to be disconnected when it needs to be replaced from the vehicle without losing important stored settings.
– The unique display allows the user to monitor the entire charging process.
– The MXS 5.0 is a fully automatic 8-step charger that provides a choice of 0.8A or 5A at 12V for 12V 1.2 – 110 Ah batteries and is suitable for maintenance charging, up to 160Ah.
– The MXS 5.0 is classified at IP 65 (splash and dust resistance) and is designed to protect the electronic systems of vehicles and is non-sparking, has polarity reversal protection and short circuit protection.
