You have the right to return the products you purchased and/or request their replacement within fourteen (14) calendar days, either because you encountered an issue with a product or because you changed your mind.

In all cases where, due to proven fault of e-lubricants.gr, incorrect products or products of defective quality were sold, the products must not have been used, must be in the condition in which they were received, complete and without damage.

Their packaging must be the original packaging that normally accompanies them and must be in excellent condition, together with all accompanying documents, such as delivery note/invoice, retail receipt, etc. Returns without prior notification are not accepted.

If the product you received is defective or incorrect due to the fault of e-lubricants.gr, we cover the return costs through our own courier and proceed with the refund. The shipping costs of the original shipment are not refunded.

If the products are returned using a courier company of your choice, then the shipping costs are covered by you. If the product is not as expected or you changed your mind, you fully undertake the return costs, while e-lubricants.gr undertakes the refund to the customer or the replacement of the product with a new one.

In all cases, the refund or replacement will be completed once we have received and inspected the original item.

e-lubricants.gr reserves the right to cancel or modify its returns policy at any time by publishing the relevant new terms and conditions on e-lubricants.gr. Any dispute arising from each transaction falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Piraeus.

The company offers the products of the online store for sale in accordance with these terms of use and the applicable legislation. No guarantee can be provided regarding product availability, but the company is committed to promptly informing customers in case of unavailability.
