EKO CUTTING FLUID is of excellent quality<\/p>\n
emulsifiable mineral oil for cutting and machining of metals, the<\/p>\n
which is designed for the most demanding machining applications<\/p>\n
of iron, aluminium and copper and alloys<\/p>\n
these. Creates with water (preferably deionised) a stable and<\/p>\n
emulsion.<\/p>\n
EKO CUTTING FLUID must be mixed with water before use<\/p>\n
in the correct proportion, depending on the application for which it is intended.<\/p>\n
Recommended mixing percentages:<\/p>\n
For general machining: 3-5%<\/p>\n
For rectifiers: 2-2,5%<\/p>\n
For heavy machining: 8-10%<\/p>\n
TECHNICAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n EKO CUTTING FLUID shows high resistance to oxidation and<\/p>\n in thermal decomposition. Provides long-lasting emulsion, with<\/p>\n result in avoiding the separation into water and oil that occurs<\/p>\n when the water is not of good quality or if the emulsion is mixed<\/p>\n with old or waste oil.
